    Mornthong durian (ทุเรียนหมอนทอง) if it over ripe, it will smelly too sweet and too soft. We call this kind of durian, Prara durian (ทุเรียนเนื้อปลาร้า). If it under ripe, it will sweetless and no soft. If it ripe just right, it will have good smell just right soft and sweet.
