Wildfire 2088 shot on Lomography Redscale 35mm film represents the wildfire season August - September in Toronto during the year 2088. It’s my take on climate doomism, a concept I’ve had for 6 years. In October for spooky season I thought what’s more visually scary than a future that can possibly become our reality? A new report released in 2022 explains how extreme wildfires will increase by 50 percent (!!!) by the end of this century that can cause dramatic dystopian views & smokey orange hued toxic air.
