Just picked up photography. Started with a busted Fujica V2 that I found in a goodwill store.
Viewfinder didn't work, focus didn't totally work, and the light meter didn't work, but the shutter worked and the film would feed, so I figured I could make some images. I love all the physical elements of film photography - the mechanics of the camera, the chemistry of the film, the optics and the way light moves through - its all utterly mesmerizing to me.
