With the -11 degree weather my photo-walks were becoming few and far between. So, when we heard it was going to hit 40 degrees, Azuree, Steven and I went out to shoot. I so needed to be creative and it's so fun with these 2! Only thing missing was Rachel and Lindsey!!!! ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! =-)

I have been wanting to light paint for so long, and was thrilled when I saw the Chicago Lomo store was having a workshop. By far, one of the most fun photo nights I've ever had. Thank you so much Rachel!!!!!!!!!! =)

My first shots with the Diana F+. The first half of this album was from a photo walk with my friend Julia (wagrad00), and the second half is a redscale film I fell in love with at the store.
I LOVE these shots!!! Some are from my workshop with Steven at Lomography Chicago (who is a wonderful model and teacher) and the other shots are from the Photowalk with A&A Studios,Inc. here in Chicago. Loved every moment of each of these days!

These shots were taken over the course of a couple of weeks throughout the city. I followed the directions for the film and switched the iso settings from 100 for blue tones and 400 for red tones. However, all the pics are pretty much blue. I still like them b/c the color and intense graininess give these shots a throwback vibe. Worth the investment!
These are shots from my workshop with Steven from Lomography Chicago (Diana F+ with color negative film) and with A&A Studios, Inc. (Lubitel 166+ with Redscale film). I love them! Enjoy!!

These pics are from my first day shooting with my new Lubitel. I so love this camera, and the various shades of red are absolutely beautiful! A few blurry pics in here, but I've learned what I'm doing wrong. Since I'm a Lomographer, I am finding the beauty in the mistakes...analog lover here!! Hope you guys enjoy!!! =-)
This is one of my favorite albums so far. I come across some of these beautiful statues and wonderfully colorfully people when I walk around the city. My camera opens up the conversation and then art is created. These shots make me happy, and I hope they make you smile too...ENJOY!!!!

Really like some of these shots, like the dumpsters (so random), the beautiful tulips (a Chicago spring staple) and the bicycle wheels (why am I becoming so obsessed with photographing bike wheels?). Went on the 1st "field trip" to the Indiana Dunes on April 28th, 2013 for World Pinhole Day with the Lomography Store Chicago. Although it was a great time and so pictureque, my pics didn't come out that great. The few that I like are in this album. Enjoy?!?!?!
