Testing my new Pentax MX camera, bought at "Used Camera Box", this awesome shop in Shinjuku, Tokyo. Happy to see it worked perfectly well, especially paired with the Pentax-M 100mm lens. Together they form a new fantastic tool for urban photography, allowing me to come closer to the subject without any loss of sharpness.

    very nice shots with this lens !
    i got the 100mm SMC-M too, but it is unsharp and i don't know why (?)

    Old lenses have sometimes issues, and it is not always easy to understand why. I am not skilled enough to find out. Do You use it with the maximum aperture? Closing the aperture and reducing the speed results in more sharpness overall, but I guess You know that already.

    Unfortunately the error happens with all apertures. Now i know why this so rare lens was affordable 🙈
    I'm so disappointed and desperate !
    I should try to disassemble the lens but i have no experiences in it.
