Yellow and orange poppies

These poppies grow wild in my garden. They’re weeds. I didn’t plant them. They make welcome splashes of colour in May and June. I extend their flowering season by dead-heading, and cut them down at the beginning of July. They grow again the following year. I thin them out in Mach if I think I’ve got too many.
