I had only shot one testroll with the Nikon F2 my dad gave to me 2 years ago, after this one: http://www.lomography.com/homes/sweetyyydreams/albums/1877285-test-roll-nikon-f2-and-macro which gave me nice results, and since I'm traveling to India in a few days for a friend's wedding and some holidays, and I really wanted to take the Nikon F2 with me, I decided to take it out for a second testroll, this time with color film, to make sure I can properly handle it!
I'm quite satisfied with the results, and now I'm oh so excited to shoot with it in India!
Der alte CT Precisa von Agfa ist einer meiner all time fav´s wenn es um crossfähige slidefilme geht. Ich habe mir über die Jahre auch eine staatliche Anzahl von Exemplaren gesichert und bewahre sie wie einen kleinen analogen Schatz im Kühlschrank und nebem dem Stapel meiner Unterwäsche auf. Es gibt aber auch die bucklige Verwandschaft, auch sie wird gerne von mir eingeladen und durch meine Kameras gezwirbelt. Sehr gerne kommt dabei der AGA CTx zu Kaffee und Kuchen vorbei.
Ich habe mich ein wenig schlau gemacht. Der CTx ist der Nachfolger des CT18 von Agfa, der von 1960 bis 1985 die westdeutsche Wachstumsjahre in kräftigen Farben festhielt. Davon sehe ich auch ab und zu ein paar Exemplare auf eBay, aber ich habe Angst, dass sie vor lauter Grain nichts zu bieten haben. Zumal sie im Agfa eigenen Verfahren AP-41 zu entwickeln werden. Der CTx wiederum war dann der erste mit E6 Verfahren und wurde von 1984 bis Mitte der Neunziger vertrieben. Er gilt dann ja somit als Papa des CT Precisas von Agfa, während der CT18 als Großvater herhalten muss.
Die Box und der Film selber kommen quietschbunt her, schön anzusehen. Ich habe aber gelesen, dass der CTx verglichen mit seinem Sohn doch sehr realitätstreu im E6 gewesen sein muss. Ich persönlich crosse ja die alten Dinger lieber, aber auch da ist mir die Realitätsnähe aufgefallen. Während der CT Precisa beim crossen schnell ins blau und rot bricht, passiert das beim CTx vor allem, wenn es kaum Licht gibt. Dagegen werden lichtstarke Bilder dann eher von einem Retro-Schleier verhüllt, die Farben entsättigt, aber gleichzeitig die Gelbtöne und Rottöne verstärkt, wenn das Sinn macht, was ich hier erzähle. Auf jeden Fall ist es eine nette Abwechslung zu den anderen X-Pro-Filmen. Ich mag den CT Precisa Papa, er darf wieder kommen.

This is the first time I started drooling the second my scanned pics appeared on screen. Truly an amazing match: petzval lens, plenty of sunshine and a roll of Fuichrome T64!

Testroll from Autumn 2013 to Spring 2014. The Smena 2 is a great lomo camera. Just love the colours and fine vignette. I bought it on a flea market in latvia. Everything works well although the camera is more than 50 years old (produced: 1961)!
1. I LOVE Lomography Xpro 200 colors!
2. Close up filters and Petzval are a good combo!
3. Need to use a finer grain film with Petzval lens.
4. Not as stable as I thought, next time take a tripod for macro shooting!
One of my first albums using the Super Ikonta 532/16 with Carl Zeiss Jena 2.8. Very interesting folding camera indeed...I bought it after my friend Thomas saw it in ebay. He insisted that this is a very good camera...it was relatively cheap too...great piece of history as well...German engineering pre/post war.

Otto Perutz (nato 1847 a Teplice, morto 1922 a München) è stato un chimico che aveva finito i suoi studi a Zurigo con una tesi di laurea su un argomento foto-chimica e divenne direttore di una fabbrica di prodotti chimici. Nel 1880 ha fondato la propria impresa, una fabbrica per fare lastre fotosensibili. Questo è diventato il Perutz-Photowerke. La società è stata acquistata nel 1964 dalla concorrente Agfa. Poi il marchio Perutz che era diventata famosa per film a colori diapositiva è stata mantenuta in vita per un po '.

Bè....c'è poco da dire.
Con una pellicola scaduta da 15 anni non si sa mai quello che può uscire fuori.
Da questa prova con sviluppo in C41, si può dire che bisogna sottoesporre almeno di 3 stop perchè sembra che con l'invecchiamento, la nostra Perutz, sia molto più sensibile del normale.
NB - Il test fa riferimento solo a questo lotto che ho comprato su internet e non su tutte le Perutz 100 Chrome del mondo. :)
Non si sa come e dove sono state conservate.
IN CONCLUSIONE
Mi piace molto l' effetto di questa pellicola scaduta, regala toni meravigliosi ed imprevedibili, inoltre assomiglia vagamente alla Lomography Purple XR 100-400.
