A Forest of Glass

City meets forest - another film swap with @LorraineHealy. This time, Lorraine took pictures of the forests in Washinton State, and I double-exposed them in my home of Minneapolis. I tried to get pictures of some of our more historic skyscrapers, like the Foshay Tower (first skyscraper in MN) and the AT&T Building. I think the best images turned out in late afternoon, which I will remember for next time.

    These pictures are pretty fantastic. This particular one, with those ghostly outlines of trees over the cityscape, it really brings together two different kinds of beauty very well. What a successful swap!

    @ansebundren Thanks! I would like to try the same project again with the sun behind the buildings, as I think that gives a better result with the double exposures.
