Inner Balance
Over the Summer I decided to try yoga. Through it people in my class said to have found many things; better sleeping pattern, good feeling of health, or ease the movements on their joints. But of all the testimonies, one resonated with me the most: to find inner balance. Through forming a supportive relationship with our body, and through learning how to listen to the subtle hums of our mind, perhaps, we'd be able to get a glimpse of it.
